FOR HEALTH, FITNESS, AND PERFORMANCE FOR SWIMMERS AND WATERLOVERS AT ANY LEVEL
IMPROVE KICKING STRENGTH & SPEED
Instantly increase resistance during training to improve your overall kicking strength. With 3 levels of resistance to choose from we have something for swimmers of all levels and swim tempos.
INCREASE POWER
Experience an instant increase in power and kick speed after removing the Hybrid fins and kick your way to a new personal best.
REDUCE OVERALL LAP TIME AND IMPROVE EFFICIENCY
Training with the added resistance provided by the Hybrid fins will give you a competitive advantage and see you outperform yourself and reduce your lap time.
TRAIN ANYWHERE
The internationally patented hybrid fins are like nothing else on the market. They can be worn by swimmers of all ages and levels and fit securely on ankles large and small. They are lightweight and easy to put on so you can train with them in virtually any body of water.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Beginners to Advanced swimmers will benefit from having all three resistance levels of Hybrid Fins for use with this and many other fitness programs. The resistance level of the fins will have a direct impact on your kick tempo and your ability to maintain tempo throughout an exercise movement. The different resistance levels allow you to target and train slow twitch vs. fast twitch muscles independently. The only fin option you will see is for the selection of either the Smoke or Pink version of the Medium Resistance Hybrid Fin. The SWIM Training Complete Bundle automatically includes the Green (Low Resistance) High Speed and Blue Maximum Resistance Hybrid Fins in addition to your choice of Medium Resistance Hybrid Fin color.

FAQs
My Fins are slipping / moving during my workout, what can I do?
If the fins are fitted correctly, you should not experience too much movement during your workout. We recommend familiarizing yourself with our fin fitment video to ensure you achieve the best fit before hopping in the pool. Also, avoid applying sunscreen or lotion to the skin where the fins will be fitted.

The velcro is starting to wear out on my Fins, what do I do?
The Aqualogix Hybrid Fins and Aquastrength Fins come with fully replacement velcro straps and neoprene pads so you can easily replace them as they deteriorate over time with heavy use.
If you have a pair of the classic Aqualogix Fins (those with the plastic fins riveted to the strap), you can try this. You may be able to increase the security of the Velcro grip by adjusting (not cutting) the position of the neoprene pad. You can remove the pad from the fin and then slide it over about 1 inch. The overall length of the fin will now be longer and you will see the back side of the leading fin, when looking at the backside of the fin. This is fine though as you’ve also increased the surface area of the Velcro “Hooks” and will therefore have a better contact patch when wrapped.
