Returns

Once submitted, orders can’t be cancelled or refunded until you’ve received your shipment. We have a 30-day, money-back, satisfaction guarantee. If you are unhappy with your Aqualogix or Aquastrength product, send it back for an exchange or a refund. It’s that easy. Please note: due to the nature of our Instant Video Downloads, they are final sale and cannot be returned. To return or exchange your equipment, please give our Customer Service Team a call at 866.603.1156 (US) or email info@hydrorevolution.com. We will provide you an RA# and directions for sending the product back to us. Customer is responsible for return shipping cost and refunds are for equipment cost only.

Exchanges (within 30 days of purchase)

If you wish to exchange an item and the item values are different, you must return the item by following the return instructions above. If you are wanting to exchange items of equal value please contact our Customer Service department at 866-603-1156 or at info@hydrorevolution.com to arrange for the replacement item shipped upon receipt of the current item.

International Customers:

*Please be aware that the customer is responsible for payment of any local customs or duties collected in the destination country, when applicable. If package is refused and returned to us, you maybe eligible for refund of the equipment price, minus original shipping and any return shipping surcharges.
