With many progressions / regressions available for each movement, it is suitable for men and women of all fitness abilities.

Upon purchase you will receive a digital PDF of the Surf & Turf Program that illustrates each exercise. You will also gain access to an exclusive video library where Ben will walk you through each exercise of the program in detail. About the Equipment: 

The Aquastrength Barbell’s unique design allows the user to perform a multitude of exercises that focus on dynamic flexibility, upper body, core strength, coordination, balance, rotary stability, power, agility and endurance. The Barbell has one Aquastrength Bell permanently attached at each end to provide multi-directional resistance in the water. The 4 foot length of the bar (vs. 3ft on the standard bar) allows for wider grip position and more overhead mobility. You will notice more flex with the increased bar length, which promotes rapid muscle contractions (increasing proportionally with narrower grip and increased effort).

The Aqualogix Fins provide conditioning for your lower body and core through high intensity omni-directional resistance training. While the Bells gives you a near limitless range of exercises for your upper body.

The Aqualogix Bells will give you a near limitless range of exercises for your upper body. Having the ability to switch from the Maximum Resistance to All Purpose bells allows for great progression and regression.

The Aquatic Swing Trainer is an extremely versatile piece of equipment that can be used for a wide range of functional upper body, forearm and core exercises as well as Sports Specific Training for Golf, Baseball, Tennis and Hockey.

The new Hydrorevolution Land-Based Resistance Bands are made using premium-grade materials to enhance a variety of hip, leg, and glute workouts for the athlete who wants to take their resistance training to the next level. Includes 3 levels of resistance bands and mesh carry bag.

Please note the Aquastrength Barbell is available in pink and blue. Both colors provide same level of resistance. The bells used at the ends of the barbell/dumbbells are modified for bar use and do not function as handheld bells. The bar length is 36″ and fully assembled length is approx 44″. Customers over 6' or doing overhead and kayak rowing may prefer the longer 48″ bar.

Barbells shipping to the US and Canada may arrive unassembled. Due to postal size restrictions all other countries will receive unassembled barbells, with all the necessary items to complete the assembly (approx 1-2 minutes).
